Small, family owned motel and RV Park. The owner is very cordial and attentive. Clean and we'll maintained. Can't wait for the restaurant to open! Nice people!
I worked here for awhile during high school. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Bedding, rugs, floors, walls, bathrooms, etc. are all cleaned every day. Most of the rooms are a good size and comfy. There are also two cabins that are private and cozy. The owners are wonderful and do a great job.
Passing through from Arizona and stopped in for the night. I would have to say all previous reviews are probably from the owners. This place was absolutely disgusting, black mold in the midget sized bathrooms. Dirty carpets, dirty sheets with cigarette burns, rooms that smell like mildew, cobwebs in ceiling corners, bugs, some questionable remodeling, and to top it off nasty and rude pos owners, an office full of drugs and a tweaker woman who roams around the motel parking lot but also works there. Worst place I've ever stayed and I've been in some dirty ones, Place needs to be condemned , Joe
Not fancy but great owners and very quiet. We stay here Everytime we come to Mountainair NM. Easy in and out. Easy to park. Good wifi. We like it here.
This is for the RV Park. First of all the owners were very nice and helpful. This is not an RV Park by any means, it is a parking lot with hook-ups. Only one side of the bathrooms were operational and if you were going to take a shower you had to lock the door and no one else could get in to use the bathroom. No picnic table at any site or fire rings. It appears that there are mostly full timers staying here and working hard, so when they come home they are tired and quite, no problems at all with the full timers. This park was just not up to our standards we would not stay here again.
