The stucco on our house was in need of major repairs. The bottom 30 inches of stucco needed to be removed and replaced. We were also ready for a new color. The exterior wood needed another coat of preservative. The handrail on the rear portal needed to be repainted. A dozen or more invasive Russian Sage needed removal.
Words cannot express enough our gratitude to everyone at MSS. The staff worked long days on our remodel and home addition to meet our timeline when we had out of town company arriving. They were very mindful of our needs for wheelchair accessibility and were extremely considerate of our privacy. The staff gave attention to detail every step of the way. The project we worked on together was very large and complicated. It required a great degree of communication and coordination. MSS team members met these challenges and delivered a quality product – on time and under budget. Their project management and supervision personnel handled the many changes professionally.
